1-甲基环丙烯对月季切花叶片某些生理指标的影响

目的]探讨1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)对月季切花叶片某些生理指标的影响,为切花月季的保鲜提供参考。方法]用1-MCP的3种浓度(50、1502、50 nl/L)处理月季切花,以清水处理为对照,研究1-MCP对月季切花叶片的水分、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,CAT和POD活性等生理特性的影响。结果]1-MCP处理可增强月季切花叶片的保水能力,延缓叶片含水量的降低,延长月季切花寿命和提高观赏效果;1-MCP处理可延缓可溶性蛋白质含量的下降,提高可溶性糖水平和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,延缓过氧化物酶(POD)活性的升高,减少丙二醛(MDA)含量的积累,使月季切花瓶插寿命延长,观赏品质得到改善。结论]1-MCP的3种浓度中以150 nl/L的处理对月季切花的保鲜处理效果最佳。

Influence of 1-Methyicyclopropene on Some Physiological Indices of Leaves of Chinese Rose Cut Flower

Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effect of 1-methyl surround propylene(1-MCP) on some physiological indexes of leaves of Chinese rose cut flower and provide the reference for fresh-keeping of Chinese rose cut flower.Method] With clear water as CK,the cut flowers of Chinese rose were treated by 1-MCP with 3 concn.of 50,150,250 nl/L to study the effect of 1-MCP treatment on some physiological indexes such as water,contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein,activity of catalase(CAT) and peroxidase enzyme(POD) in leaves of Chinese rose cut flower.Result] 1-MCP treatment could strengthen the ability of protecting water in leaves of Chinese rose cut flower,delay the reducing of water content in leaves,prolong the vaselife and increase the appreciation effect of Chinese rose cut flower.1-MCP treatment could delay the decline of the soluble protein content,increase the soluble sugar level and the CAT activity,delay the rising of POD activity and reduce the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA) content,thus prolonging the vaselife and improving the appreciation quality of Chinese rose cut flower.Conclusion] Among 3 concn.of 1-MCP,treating with 150 nl/L 1-MCP could get optimum fresh-keeping effect on Chinese rose cut flower
