河蚬的生态习性及其对重金属的富集作用

摘    要:[目的]为增加对河蚬的认识,更好地利用其在医药健康和环境监测方面的作用。[方法]简要概括河蚬的繁殖习性、生长分布、生物扰动活动等生态习性,介绍河蚬富集重金属的种类、富集机制、单一和联合重金属的富集作用及金属污染与河蚬贝壳运动的关系。提出利用河蚬来进行生物监测所存在的问题,对其在医药健康领域的利用提出建议。[结果]河蚬在水体中分布广,生活期长,对部分有毒物质及重金属有很强的富集作用,通过直接测量死亡率和体内重金属的浓度或者间接测定相关的耗氧率、排氨率、MT浓度、及其他蛋白和酶的活性变化,能反应出水体的污染程度,对环境变化具有指示作用。[结论]加强该领域的研究,使其更好地为人类健康服务,具有重要意义。

Abstract:The objective of the experiment is to improve the understanding of Corbicula fluminea so as to better apply its function in medicine,health and environment monitoring.The ecology characteristics of Corbicula fluminea including reproductive habit,growth and distribution,biology disturbance were reviewed,the type of heavy metals,accumulation mechanism,accumulation effect of single and joint heavy metals,the relationship between mental pollution and the movement of the shells were introduced.The paper has proposed problems in using Corbicula fluminea to monitor environment,and put forward suggestions about the animal's application in medicine,health,and environment monitoring.The conclusion is that it is essential to strengthen research on this domain,serve better for human health,which has more important significance.
