| Abstract: | Based on the latest research results in recent 10 years,the chemical composition and structure of protein,polysaccharide,plyphenolic,dietary fibre,vitamin and mineral substance and other active substances in sweet-potato were analyzed.And the prospects on hot areas was also put forward. |
