| 摘 要： | 运用寡聚半乳糖醛酸处理大豆种子,观察其对大豆生长的影响,结果表明:用1,5,50 mg/L的寡聚半乳糖醛酸处理大豆9 d后,处理植株生长普遍好于对照植株;在3个处理浓度中,1 mg/L处理效果最为显著,与对照相比,茎粗增加4%以上,茎长增加19%以上,干重增加4.9%以上。寡聚半乳糖醛酸能诱导大豆植保素的产生,在5个处理浓度中,75 mg/L的诱导效果最好,O.D.(A286)为0.337。 |

| Abstract: | The growth of bean was measured after treatment with oligogalacturonides.Three concentrations of oligogalacturonides 1,5,50 mg/L were used.After nine days the results show that the plants treated with oligogalacturonides grow better than the control treated with water and stems were thicker and longer than the control.The effects of oligogalacturonides 1mg/L was the best.Compared with the control,the stem was thicker by 4%,longer by 19% and heavier by 4.9%.Further more,The effects of mixture of oligogalacturonides and potassium sorbate was better than the effect of oligogalacturonides.Oligogalacturonides could induce phytoalexin production of bean. |
