摘    要:采用单因素试验和主要因素正交试验,对经12C6+重离子辐照选育的北冬虫夏草高产菌株G5的人工栽培最佳条件进行研究。结果表明,北虫草高产菌株G5栽培的最佳培养基为大米80%+蚕蛹粉20%,培养基料水比为1∶1.5;菌丝和子实体生长的最佳温度分别为23℃和21℃;最佳散射光照强度为500 Lx。

Abstract:The optimal conditions for artificial cultivation of high producing strain Cordyceps militaris G5 irradiated by heavy ion beams 12C6+ are studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal test on main factors. The result shows that the optimum condition for high producing strain C. militaris G5 cultivation is as follows: the best mediums are both the 80% rice and 20%silkworm chrysalis; material-water ration of the medium is 1 ∶ 1.5; the optimum temperature is 23 ℃ for proliferating mycelia and 21℃for fruiting bodies growth;and the best lighting intensity is 500 Lx.
