谷物种子干燥机的现状和发展

谷物种子干燥作业是制种和安全贮种的重要环节。潮湿的种子在适当的环境下会产生霉变。种子发芽率降低。种子干燥方法有自然干燥和机械干燥两种。机械干燥具有生产率高、不受天气影响、确保种子发芽率等优点。已经越来越引起人们的重视。谷物种子干燥机必须具有低温干燥、精确控温、防止混种等基本要求，以确保有高的种子发芽率和种子的纯度。目前，谷物种子干燥机上广泛采用了微电脑全自动控制系统，开发研制了温室太阳能干燥装置、远红外谷物种子干燥机等新型干燥机械，使谷物种子的干燥作业向更为完善的方向发展。

The Present Situation and Development of Crop Seed Dryers

Crop seed dehydration operation is an important pro-gram in making seeds and safety storage.Moist seeds in a proper environment may produce mould,and low rate of germination.There are two kinds of seed dehydration methods of natural de-hydration and mechanic dehydration.However,the mechanic one has advantage of high productivity,without the influence by weather,and guaranteeing the rate of seed germination,so has been paid attention more and more.Crop seed dryer must be of the basic requirements for dehydration in low temperature,pre-cise temperature control and preventing the seeds mixture etc,in order to guarantee having high rate of seed germination and seed purity.At present,the crop seed dryers have been adopted widely in automatic control systems by computer.The solar greenhouse dehydration system and far infra-red crop seed dryers are devel-oped to make the crop seed dehydrating operation development towards the more perfect direction.
