Study on Personalized Service of the Ubiquitous Network Lib Based on 3G Technology

In this paper, according to the concept, service idea, and development of the ubiquitous network, the new business scope of personalized services was studied and developed with 3G technique in today＇s library and in the basis of the existing range of services. Any resource in any library could be used by any person, at any time and any place. This is a breakthrough and innovation in contemporary library service, and an effective means of the personalized feature and service, and the goal of future library services.
