| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度的秋水仙素对优质小型西瓜进行浸根和滴苗处理诱导四倍体,结果表明,随着浸根所用秋水仙素浓度和时间的增加.四倍体诱导率有增加的趋势,最高诱导率达到了20.0%,比滴苗处理高出11.3%.将加倍的四倍体果实与二倍体果实进行比较,四倍体果实皮厚增加,瓤质变硬,结籽数下降.

| Abstract: | The different concentrations of colchicine were used to soak small watermelon root and drop the seedling to in-duce the tetraploid.The results showed that with the concentration and time increased,the rate of tetraploid induction has an increasing trend,the maximum induced rate was 20.0%,11.3% higher than those in the dropping-burgeon treatment.Compared to diploid fruits,the tetraploid's skin depth increased,flesh became harder,sweetness and the amount of seeds dropped. |
