The current status and existing problems of citrus industry in Guangxi were expatiated in this paper,it put forward that the citrus industry should be strengthened and extended according to the local resources and advantage,and the government should provide the required initial deposit.In addition,land transaction and investment mechanism should be created and the citrus should be intensively produced in large scale,so the competitiveness of the citrus industry would be enhanced.It will be necessary to construct a perfect technological service network,to extend good varieties and techniques of citrus and push safe standard production,so that the quality of citrus is increased.The establishment of commercial brands of citrus should be done and strengthened for Guigang City,and try to improve the market competitiveness of citrus industry.
