| Abstract: | Taking Zhicheng College library of Fuzhou University as an example, measures should be taken by independent college library in order to meet education qualified assessment, such as making clear guiding principles, improving library conditions, concentrating on document resources and qualified personnel construction ,which are all discussed in this paper to provide references to the other similar libraries. |
