粉花绣线菊的组织培养与快繁技术

摘    要:以粉花绣线菊的幼嫩茎段作为外植体进行离体组织培养,以WPM作为基本培养基,以6-BA、NAA及IBA的不同含量组合进行对比试验,通过对粉花绣线菊的初代、继代和壮苗生根培养基的筛选进行研究,建立了较为适宜的粉花绣线菊组织培养快繁体系。结果表明:初代的最佳培养基为WPM+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;适宜的增殖培养基为WPM+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;生根培养最佳培养基为WPM+IBA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L。

Abstract:A series of experiments on tissue culture and rapid propagation of Spiraea japonica were carried out using stem segments as explants,using WPM as basic culture medium,with different concentration combinations of 6-BA,NAA and IBA in order to screen out the best tissue culture medium for Spiraea japonica.The results showed that the optimal media for primary culture of Spiraea japonica were WPM medium added with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA;and WPM added with 1.0 mg/L of 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L of NAA had the best...
