| 摘 要： | 根据江苏大学在食品专业认识实习中的实践经验,总结了加强食品认识实习效果的主要方法:明确食品认识实习的目的与任务,认真做好组织与动员工作,加强实习过程的指导和管理,做好学生考核工作以及善于发现存在的问题并积极寻找解决办法等。

| Abstract: | Based on experience on practical teaching,suggestion on practical teaching improvement of food specialty was given as：clearly understanding purpose and task,conscientiously doing a good job of organization and mobilization work,strengthening of practical training guidance and management of the process,students acutely assessmenting the work of students,and being good at discovering problems and actively search for solutions of practical teaching of food specialty. |
