动脉化静脉皮瓣的微循环研究

摘    要:目的:研究动脉化静脉皮瓣移植早期微循环变化。方法:选用10只新西兰大白兔,采用自身对照,一组为动脉化静脉皮瓣。应用显微电视系统直接观察兔耳透明窗的方法,在放大1000倍条件下研究动脉化静脉皮瓣的微循环血流。结果:动脉化静脉皮瓣动脉血逆行灌注后主要通过细静脉之间交通支汇入回流静脉。结论:血流由细静脉→交通支→细静脉是动脉化静脉皮瓣移植早期微循环的主要途径。

Abstract:Objective: To study microcirculatory hemodynamic of arterialised venous flap. Methods:Ten rabbits (20 ears) were divided into two groups: group A, arterialised venous flap group; group B,control group, To study characteristics of microcirculation of arterialised venous flap, transparent chamber of rabbit's ear were observed with a special TV set with magnification of 1000X. Results: The blood of arterialised venous flap flow through venular communicating branchs and then drain to another venules. Conclusion:Tt is the main channel of microcirculation in early stage that blood flow from venule to draining venule by way of communicating networks.
