氮磷铁营养盐浓度对牟氏角毛藻生长的影响

摘    要:采用正交设计法,研究了不同营养盐浓度对牟氏角毛藻生长的影响。结果表明,氮磷铁三种营养因子对其生长都有显著影响,而氮的作用最为明显。发现当氮磷铁的浓度在30、3、0.1mg/L时牟氏角毛藻生长最好,即在实验条件下,培养牟氏角毛藻的m(N)∶m(P)∶m(Fe)的理想比例为10∶1∶0.03。

Abstract:Effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and iron on the growth of Chaetoceros mulleri were studied by Orthogonal Design Method.The orthogonal test indicated that the action of three factors was all remarkable.Among three factors,nitrogen was the most important one for the growth of Chaetoceros mulleri.The result also showed that the optimal concentration of N,P and Fe was 30,3 and 0.1mg/L,respectively.The optimal concentration ratios(mg/L) of the three nutrients were as follows: 10∶1∶0.03.
