| 摘 要： | Recently, Zhejiang Province decided to carry out register system of animal culturing farms or plants to promote the quality safety of farm products. According to the new regulation, all the organization or individual animal raising farms or plants in the administrative region of Zhejiang Province must apply for registration from local county-level agricultural administrative authorities. In addition, they must build files for the farms, including the items： animal species, number, breeding record, mark, applying object, use method, drug withdrawal period, as well as disease, diagnosis, death and bio-safety disposal etc.
