蒙自市烟草根结线虫研究初报

摘    要:蒙自市的烟草根结线虫病害较为严重,造成很大的经济损失。本研究对蒙自市的文澜镇、芷村镇及西北勒乡的烟草根结线虫病发生情况进行调查。结果表明:芷村镇根结线虫病发病率为12%,西北勒乡为40%,文澜镇已达75%。用形态学鉴定方法对3个主要烟区的47份样本进行病原线虫鉴定。结果表明:危害蒙自市烟草的根结线虫主要是南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)和北方根结线虫(Meloidogyne hapla);其中南方根结线虫占优势。

Abstract:Root-knot nematode disease is one of the most important diseases on tobacco in Mengzi City. Yunnan Province, which caused large economic loss. In this study, the tobacco root-knot nematode diseases were investigated at main tobacco planting areas Zhicun Town, Xibeile Village and Wenlan Town in Mengzi City. The result showed that root-knot nematode disease rate was 12% in Zhicun Town, 40% in Xibeile Village and 75% in Wenlan Town, which caused great economic losses. Forty-seven samples were collected from these three main tobacco-planting areas, and the nematodes were identified by means of morphology. The result showed that the main species of root-knot nematodes on tobacco in Mengzi City are Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyne hapla, and Meloidogyne incognita is the dominant species.
