| 摘 要： | 以卷烟烟气总粒相物(TPM)为材料,以永生化人支气管上皮细胞为靶细胞,通过调节专管酰胺酶-2(TG2)的表达及活性研究TG2基因在卷烟烟气致细胞恶性转化过程中的作用.结果表明,TG2在恶性转化的支气管上皮细胞中表达下调,并且TG2的表达及活性的改变对细胞的凋亡、增殖、周期等产生影响.这说明,TG2可能通过调控细胞的凋亡... |

| Abstract: | The effect of TG2 on malignant transformation of immortalized bronchial epithelia caused by the total particulate matter(TPM) in smoke of cigarette was studied through regulating expression and activity of TG2.The results showed that the expression of TG2 was down regulated in malignant transformed bronchial epithelia,and the changes of expression and activity of TG2 had influences on cell apoptosis,cell proliferation and cell cycle.Therefore,it can be concluded that TG2 may influence malignant transformati... |
