| 摘 要： | 随着护理学科的发展、医学模式的转变以及人们对护理需求的不断提高,对护士的护理理论知识、操作技能及素质修养提出了更高的要求.目前护士毕业后临床实习缺乏统一管理,学习方式不规范,水平参差不齐.通过有效地调整护理的临床带教模式与方法,合理设置教学内容,因材施教,使本科护生在实习中真正地提高学习效率,学以致用,从而加强自身综合素质,成为适应新世纪发展所需要的护理人才.
