| 摘 要： | 以韭菜种质资源圃的174份韭菜种质资源为材料,根据15个表型性状进行聚类,在遗传距离5.3处将聚类结果分为14类,利用简单比例法和人工选择相结合的方法对每一类进行筛选,共选出69份种质资源建立韭菜种质资源初级核心库,占总体样本比例的40%。对该初级核心库的遗传多样性进行检测,除了鞘长和叶宽遗传多样性指数较总种质资源库略有降低外,其他性状都有所提高;初级核心库与原始种质资源库的均值差异百分率为0,变异系数变化率为106.14%,极差符合率为94.43%;初级核心资源库中与叶厚、叶数显著相关的性状分别损失2个,其他性状间的相关性与总种质资源基本保持一致。结果表明,所构建的初级核心库能够很好地保留韭菜种质资源的遗传多样性和遗传结构。
