| 摘 要： | 介绍了蔬菜科学技术的概念,阐述了全球气候变暖对蔬菜生产、蔬菜品种多样性的影响及应对气候变化蔬菜学科面临的问题。在此基础上,提出了蔬菜学科应对全球气候变暖的对策:加强蔬菜生产布局规划研究;培育抗逆性强的蔬菜新品种;发展蔬菜工程学理论和技术体系;发展蔬菜物流、加工和综合利用技术。
