摘    要:[目的]揭示盐生植物颉颃盐渍逆境的演化结构尤其是晶体的分布特点,为应用生物学技术治理盐渍环境提供第一手资料。[方法]采用高清显示植物组织晶体方法和石蜡切片法,对埃及红海岸边高盐度地区和吉林长岭草原一般盐渍环境的藜(Chenopodium albumL.)进行颉颃盐渍逆境的演化结构比对试验。[结果]区域化分布的晶体和发达的同化组织是藜颉颃盐渍逆境的重要演化结构特征,二者茎皮层均具有程度相近的不连续的晶体环,而高盐度地区藜的茎皮层中以及叶肉中的同化组织发达程度显著高于一般盐渍环境。二者的其他比较结果还表明,发达的角质层和髓也是盐渍环境中植物颉颃逆境的重要演化结构。[结论]研究结果为利用结构植物学技术研究植物的耐盐机理提供了一条很有价值的研究思路,即晶体可能成为抗盐植物的鉴别特征。
