摘    要:为了研究不同绿地土壤微生物活性特征,应用荧光素比色法和碱液吸收滴定法,对郑州市不同绿地的FDA(荧光素二乙酸酯)水解酶活性及微生物呼吸强度进行了分析,结果表明,不同绿地表层土壤FDA水解酶活性由高到低的顺序为:人工林地>人工草灌地>行道绿地(文化路)>行道绿地(诚信路)>隔离带绿地>人工草坪>人工灌木地>花卉绿地;人工...

Abstract:The activity of fluorescein diacetate(FDA) Hydrolase and microbial respiration were analyzed to study the soil microbial activity in different green lands.The result showed that the activity of FDA hydrolase in surface soil of the different green lands was: artificial forest > artificial grass and shrub land> pavement green land > green belt > artificial meadow > artificial bush land > flowers land.In the artificial forest and artificial bush land,the activity of FDA hydrolase and soil microbial respiration...
