啤酒糟型生物有机肥对豇豆产量和品质的影响

摘    要:在豇豆生长过程中分别施用纯化肥、自然堆肥和啤酒糟型生物有机肥,研究了啤酒糟型生物有机肥对豇豆产量和品质的影响。结果表明:啤酒糟型生物有机肥能显著提高豇豆产量,达23 928.57 kg/hm2;显著提高可食部分的维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量,含量分别达到227.39 mg/kg、81.59 mg/kg;硝酸盐含量降低1.34~4.49%、亚硝酸盐含量降低2.5~5.1倍;对可食部分的粗纤维、蛋白氮和非蛋白氮含量的影响不大。

Abstract:Applying chemical fertilizer,natural composted fertilizer and brewery mash type bio-organic fertilizer to cowpea during its growing process respectively to study the effects of brewery mash type bio-organic fertilizer on yield and quality of cowpea.The results showed that the brewery mash type bio-organic fertilizer can significantly increase yield of cowpea to 23 928.57 kg/hm2,obviously increase contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar in edible parts of cowpea to 227.39 mg/kg and 81.59 g/kg respectively,re...
