| 摘 要： | 对龙山县农村水利建设进行了调研,论述了龙山县农村水利建设的现状和存在问题,提出了加快龙山县农村水利建设的对策和建议。应充分认识农村水利建设的重要意义,建立健全稳定增长的投入机制,加快构建农村水利的管理机制,切实落实农村水利基础设施建设。
