摘    要:以豫芝4号为材料,对芝麻子叶诱导不定芽形成的关键影响因子,如ABA、AgNO3、暗培养时间、碳源、琼脂质量浓度、pH值等进行了研究.结果表明,种子经振荡暗培养24h处理后,取子叶外植体置诱导及分化培养基上暗培养8d,移到光照条件下继续培养,不定芽诱导效果最好,诱导率达50%.培养基中添加5mg/L的AgNO3能防止外植...

Abstract:The optimal conditions for plantlet regeneration from sesame cotyledon(Yuzhi No.4) were investigated in detail.Results showed that explants of sesame cotyledon should be shaken and pre-cultured in 1/2 MS liquid medium for 24h in darkness,before being cut and cultured for adventitious bud induction.During the bud induction from cotyledons,culturing in darkness for 8d had significant advantages and subsequent differentiation should be carried out in light;Furthermore,the frequency of adventitious bud differen...
