摘    要:分子生物学与植物基因工程的迅速发展,使得通过基因工程手段改良作物品质、改善作物耐胁迫能力、提高作物产量成为培育作物新品种的一种有效手段.为此,综述了农杆菌介导遗传转化的分子机制、标记基因的应用、作物转化研究进展和转基因应用前景.

Abstract:It is an effective method to cultivate new crops in genetic engineering means with the rapid development of molecular biology and plant gene engineering,which could improve crop quality,crop yield and the capacity of stress resistance.In this paper,the research progress of Agrobacterium-mediated molecular mechanism,the application of transgenic marker genes,the development of crop transformation and the prospect of transgenic application were reviewed.
