不同苦瓜品种降糖多肽-P粗提物含量的比较

摘    要:为了研究不同品种的苦瓜中降糖多肽-P含量的基本特性,采用福林酚法测定了14种不同品种苦瓜果实和种仁中降糖多肽-P粗提物的含量。结果表明:不同品种苦瓜果实中降糖多肽-粗提物含量不同,含量最高的品种为189-4,含量最低的品种为221-2,前者含量约为后者的7倍,所有品种降糖多肽-P粗提物含量平均值为0.541 mg/g FW;不同品种苦瓜种仁中降糖多肽-P粗提物含量也不同,含量最高的品种为226,含量最低的品种为175,前者含量约为后者的15倍,所有品种降糖多肽-P粗提物含量平均值为40.42 mg/g FW。
