摘    要:研究了不同昼夜温差对中红杨叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷及可溶性糖含量的影响.结果表明,昼夜温差为14℃时,叶片中花色素苷含量较温差为0℃和7℃时分别增加了64.6%和60.1%,差异均达到极显著水平,叶绿素含量变化不显著;昼夜温差为20℃时,叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量较温差为14℃时显著提高12.2%和12.4...

Abstract:The effects of different DIF on the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids,anthocyaninand soluble sugar of Populus×euramericana Zhonghong leaves were studied.Four treatments of DIF,T1(0℃),T2(7℃),T3(14℃) and T4(20℃) were employed here.The results showed that compared with T1 and T2,the anthocyanin of T3 respeticvely increased 64.6% and 60.1% andthe difference reached a significant level(P<0.01),but the chlorophyll content had no significant change.Compared with T3,the chlorophyll and carotenoids contents of T4 respeticvely increased 12.2% and 12.4%,but the contents of anthocyanin and soluble sugar had no significant change.As for different DIFs,the order of the ratio of chlorophyll to anthocyanin was as follows: 14℃<20℃<7℃<0℃.From these,T3 is positive to the accumulation of anthocyanin and has the minimum ratio of chlorophyll to anthocyanin;to view and admire Populus×euramericana this time is recommended.
