摘    要:目的]研究冬油菜体内必需金属元素在低温驯化过程中的变化特征,旨在揭示必需元素在油菜抗寒性中的作用及机理。方法]通过田间试验比较了不同抗寒性冬油菜(Brassic anapus L.)品种中双11号、甘油杂1号和金裕油1号体内必需金属元素(钙、镁、铁、锰、锌和铜)浓度在低温驯化过程中的变化。结果]油菜体内金属元素浓度在低温驯化过程中变化明显,且品种间差异显著。在根系中,钙、镁、铁、锰、锌和铜浓度均呈显著升高的趋势,可能与低温引起蒸腾作用降低从而导致向上运输受阻所致;在地上部,钙、镁、锌浓度显著降低,而铁、锰和铜为升高趋势,各元素浓度变化幅度均以中双11号最大。结论]维持地上部钙、镁、锌浓度稳定,提高地上部铁、锰、铜浓度,可能有利于冬油菜抗寒性的提高。
