| Abstract: | Shangqiu City is an important grain production base in Henan Province.With the economic development,a serious of problems appeared in utilization of water resources in Shangqiu City.Based on analyzing status quo of water resource utilization in Shangqiu City,the problems existing in utilization of water resources were expounded,and several suggestions and countermeasures to achieve sustainable utilization of water resources in Shangqiu City were put forward. |
