摘    要:目的]研究不同丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)对切花菊矿质营养和抗氧化酶的影响。方法]在温室盆栽条件下,对切花菊品种"神马"(Chrysanthemu mmorifolium‘Jinba’)接种5种AMF,在苗期和花期分别测定切花菊根系、叶片和花瓣中的N、P、K、MDA含量和SOD、POD、CAT抗氧化酶活性。结果]与未接种对照相比,除G.d外,接种其余4种AMF处理均能不同程度地提高切花菊根系、叶片和花瓣中的N、P、K含量,促进矿质营养元素的吸收。G.d和G.m处理能够显著降低切花菊根系和花瓣中的MDA含量,减轻细胞膜脂过氧化。G.i处理能提高切花菊体内SOD、POD、CAT抗氧化酶活性,从而增强其清除活性氧的能力。结论]G.i是改善切花菊矿质营养和增强抗氧化酶活性的最好菌种。
