摘    要:目的]为提高滤池过滤效率和改善滤池过滤功能提供科学依据。方法]以氯化铁为改性剂,采用高温制备法进行改性陶粒的制备。通过对改性陶粒和原陶粒的过滤对比试验对改性陶粒去除有机物的规律进行探讨,同时对改性陶粒去除有机物的影响因素(进水有机物浓度、流速和pH值)进行试验研究。结果】pH值0.4,氯化铁浓度2mol/L,操作温度650℃,烘焙时间3h为陶粒的最佳改性条件。改性陶粒去除有机物效果明显优于原陶粒;进水有机物浓度越大、流速越小,处理效果越好;pH值略呈酸性时,去除有机物效果最好;用稀NaOH溶液可以对改性陶粒进行比较有效的再生。结论]制备了能有效去除有机物的改性陶粒。
