| 摘 要： | 测定了坡柳种子不同溶剂提取物对米象的触杀作用。结果表明，坡柳种子对米象具有一定的触杀活性，其中氯仿提取物的触杀作用最强，处理2 d，7 d，14 d后的LC50值分别为408.13 mg/kg，146.02 mg/kg，78.87 mg/kg，3种提取物对米象的触杀毒力顺序为：氯仿提取物＞石油醚提取物＞乙酸乙酯提取物。

| Abstract: | Contact toxicity of seed extracts from Dodonaea viscose against Sitophilus oryzae were determined.Three extracts all exhibited contact toxicity against S.oryzae.Toxicity of chloroform extracts was highest with LC50 values of 408.13 mg/kg,146.02 mg/kg,78.87 mg/kg.Relative toxicity of the three extracts,in order from highest to lowest: chloroform extract>petroleum extract>ether ethyl acetate extract. |
