| 摘 要： | MC5R基因是黑素皮质素受体家族的一员,与动物肥胖相关。利用PCR-RFLP技术,对该基因在猪7个不同群体的多态性进行了检测,发现在大白、梅山、大梅和梅大群体只有AA型,长大只有AB型,在长白猪群体则3种基因型均有分布。

| Abstract: | MC5R gene is one of the Melanocortin receptor family,and is ralated to animal obsity.PCR-RFLP was used to detect the polymorphism of MC5R gene in seven pig populations.The result showed that only AA genotype was found in Large White,Meishan,Large White×Meishan,Meishan×Large White population and only AB genotype in Landrace×Large White populations,but three genotypes in Landrace population. |
