| 摘 要： | 结合当前形势，对工业型小城镇在发展过程中产生的环境污染问题进行分析，强调对工业型小城镇进行环境规划的重要性，并对小城镇环境规划的目的、内容和方法的特殊性进行了研究。建议在工业型小城镇环境规划中避免套用大中城市环境规划的方法，应根据工业型小城镇发展的特殊情况研究适合的环境规划方案。

| Abstract: | The actuality of the environmental pollution which is produced in the progress of the industrial towns?development is analyzed and the programming importance of industrial towns is emphasized. A study on the particularity of the intention, content and methods of the towns?programming is researched. At last a suggestion that it should avoid the methods used in the cities and should work out the appropriate methods based the particularity of the industrial towns?development is illuminated. [ |
