摘    要:采用盆栽,研究了接种不同根瘤菌对花生生长及其根际土壤微生物数量的影响。结果表明:接种处理可促进植株的生长,提高叶面积指数,增加产量。接种根瘤菌菌株LX-11明显好于其它处理,其开花期株高高出对照16.5%,但处理间无显著差异。随生育期进程的推进,叶面积指数呈先上升后下降态势,至结荚期达到最大值,各处理终产量分别比对照增产7.5%、9.5%、12.9%。接种根瘤菌对根际土壤微生物有一定影响,细菌和真菌数量呈上升趋势,但放线菌并没有显著变化。

Abstract:The pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of inoculating different rhizobia on peanut growth and rhizosphere soil microorganisms.The results indicated that the inoculation of rhizobia could promote the peanut growth and increase the leaf area index and yield.The inoculation effect of LX-11 was obviously better than that of any other treatment showing 16.5% more than the control's in plant height at flowering stage,but the differences were not significant.With the advance of growing stages,the ...
