2003年广西北海市东亚飞蝗暴发成因与治理对策

2003年9月上旬,北海市暴发新中国成立以来首次东亚飞蝗虫灾,发生面积超过7000hm2,全市高密度中心小区6处。经自治区内资深专家学者考察研讨,认为北海沿海蝗区属北部湾沿海稀树草原类型,其成因复杂,主要是原生态环境改变,新生态环境未建立,而形成的蝗虫适生环境,在特殊气象因子作用下暴发成灾。并由此提出防治对策。

Outbreaks of Locusta migratoria manilensis in Beihai city in Guangxi in 2003 and its control stategies

s:The fir st time outbreak of Locusta migratoria manilensis after 1949appeared in earl y Septemb er in 2003in Beihai city.The occurrence area was up to mo re than 7000hm 2 .There were six high-density popula tion centers of Locusta migratoria man ilensis in Beihai city.Specialists and scholars of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Re gion considered that the coastal loc ust oc-currence area in Beihai city belon ge d to savanna type of Beibu gulf.Cause s of the outbreak were very complex.I t was deduced for that the suitable environments f or the outbreaks of Locusta migratoria manilensis was developed in the transition of lo cal eco-logical env ironments,plus favorab le special meteorological factors.Based on the study,c ontrol strategies were put forward.
