摘    要:为研究考虑生态安全的水土资源优化配置,以动态生态环境需水量作为生态安全控制手段,利用水文指数法计算动态生态环境需水量.以经济效益和社会效益相对最优为目标,建立水土资源优化配置模型,并采用改进的蚁群算法进行优化配置计算.结果表明,根据不同的生态环境需水量,可以计算出动态的水土资源配置结果,从3种生态需水状态条件下的运行结果可以看出,同一用地类型在不同生态需水状态下的变化趋势基本相同.以动态生态环境需水为控制手段进行水土资源优化配置具有一定的可操作性.有较强的现实意义.
