辣椒壮苗指数与苗期性状的因素分析

摘    要:本文用通径分析和灰色关联分析两种方法对两个辣椒品种的壮苗指数与苗期性状的关系进行了研究,结果表明:除胚轴长,根/茎比外,其余性状呈高度正相关,且各性状对状苗指数的相关系数均达极显著正相关;全株干重、鲜重、茎粗对壮苗指数具有决定性的正向直接作用,茎高则具有负向直接作用;全株鲜重、干重与壮苗指数的关联度最大,辣椒壮苗应具备干质含量高、茎粗壮、茎高适宜等持点。另外,本文还对应用灰色关联度分析方法在研究蔬菜作物性状间的相互关系等问题作了讨论。

Abstract:The relation between seedling index and seedling characters has studied in this paper for two pepper varieties by using Path Analysis and Grey Relational Grade Analysis Technique. The results indicated that,except for plumular axis length and root/stem ratio, extremely significant positive correlation existed between the other characters, and between the other characters and seeding index; Whole plant dry weight,fresh weight and stem width have the decisive positive direct effect on seedling index,Whereas stem height has the decisive negative direct effect on seedling index;stocky plant with higher dry weight,bigger stem width and properer stem height should be produced,In addition, application of grey relational analysis in studying interactions between characters of vegetable crop was discussed.
