| Abstract: | AFLP is an efficient technique for biodiversity analysis and fingerprinting. But mostly isotope is used in AFLP analysis for detection of PCR amplified product. This paper descibes a protocol of AFLP analysis with silver staining for detection of PCR amplified product, and fingerprinting of some cotton varieties is made by this protocol. |
