白肋烟品种在不同氮水平下对主要养分的吸收研究

摘    要:通过水培试验,对JB80(建白80)、KY17、KY14、KY10、Va509、B21(白肋21)等6个白肋烟品种,在不同供氮水平下的生长状况和对主要养分的吸收能力进行了研究。结果表明,白肋烟品种对氮素的生长响应,以及对氮、磷、钾的吸收与分配能力在不同供氮水平下存在着很大的差异。高氮条件下,白肋烟各品种长势较强,烟株中的含氮量和对氮素的吸收量也量高。其中JB80、KY17的生长势最强,但各品种对磷、钾吸收量都有所降低。在中氮水平下(15mmolN/L),各品种对磷、钾的吸收量较高,内在品质协调。低氮白肋烟各品种的生长状况差异显著,但随着供氮水平的提高生长差异逐渐减弱。JB80、KY17对氮素的亲和力较强,B21则必须在高氮条件下才能正常生长。

Abstract:This paper made scientific research on six burley tobacco (Nicotine terbium L) varieties' (Jb80, KY17, KY14, KY10, Va509,B21 )growth situation and capability of nutrients absorption through water culture experiment at the different level of Nitrogen. Theresults showed that there were very significant differences in the ability of growth response to Nitrogen and the ability of N. P. K ab-sorption among six burley tobaccovarieties, and these differences had different regularity at the different level of Nitrogen. At thehigh level of Nitrogen, their growth potential was the most significant, Nitrogen content in plant and Nitrogen absorption were thehighest. Among them JB80's and KY17's growth ability were the largest. But P. K absorption and content decreased. At the middlelevel of Nitrogen, P. K absorption and P. K content was the highest. At the low level of Nitrogen, the differences of growth situa-tion among them were very significant, but there differences would become intangible when we increased the level of Nitrogen.JB8O's and KY17's Nitrogen affinity was higher. B21 grows normally at the level of high Nitrogen.
