| 摘 要： | 综述了国内外农业水旱灾害风险评价研究进展,指出农业水旱灾害风险评价存在的问题。依据国内外自然灾害风险评价的理论,给出了农业水旱灾害风险的定义,确定了区域农业水旱灾害评价的内容,设计了区域农业水旱灾害风险评价与管理的程序。

| Abstract: | The present situation of risk assessment of agricultural flood and drought disaster at home and abroad was summarized.The problems existed in the risk assessment were pointed out.According to the theory of natural risk assessment,the definition of agricultural flood and drought disaster assessment was put forward.The content of risk assessment in the regional agricultural flood and drought disaster was determined.Then the procedure of risk assessment and management in the regional agricultural flood and drought disaster was designed. |
