| 摘 要： | 用自行研制的仔猪水肿病多价油乳剂灭活苗和蜂胶灭活菌苗,对猪进行了免疫,试制了猪水肿病高免血清,将试制的血清在湖北省内进行了试用,其对猪水肿病的治愈率达到92%,而单独使用亚硒酸钠的治愈率仅为25.0%,表明所制备的高免血清具有较高的治疗价值,可在生产中推广应用.

| Abstract: | The high titer immuno serum of piglets oedema disease was trail-produced from the pigs which were immuned with the piglets oedema disease mutivelence oil-emulation inactive vaccine and propolis inactive vaccine developed by ourselves.The trail-produced high titer immunoserum was trailed contrasting with sodium selenite and Vit.E in Hubei Province.The contrast test showed that cure rate of the serum reached 92.0% while the sodium selenite and vit.E was 25.0%.It showed that the produced high titer serum had high treatment value and should be applied in production. |
