| 摘 要： | 分析了甘肃旱作农业存在的问题和传统地膜覆盖技术的不足,介绍了全膜双垄沟播技术的提出,阐述了全膜双垄沟播技术在旱作农业中的应用,并从粮食安全、增加农民收入、促进区域经济快速发展、实现旱地农田降水高效利用等方面阐明了发展全膜双垄沟播技术的重大意义,以期为政策决策提供依据和发展甘肃旱作农业提供技术指导。 |

| Abstract: | The main problems of arid agriculture in Gansu and the shortage of traditional plastic-film mulching were analyzed in this article.The propose of the techniques of whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges and planting was introduced.Meanwhile,the application of the technology in arid agriculture was described.The important meanings of developing the techniques were clarified from the security of grain-producting,increasing the incomes of peasants,rapid development of region economy and highly efficient rainwater utilizing in dry field.The aim was affording the gist for policy and the instructor for arid agriculture development. |
