日本贴梗海棠全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插育苗试验

摘    要:进行了日本贴梗海棠的全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明:日本贴梗海棠全光照喷雾扦插育苗是可行的;用浓度为400 mg/L的ABT1生根粉处理插穗10 min,生根率可达77.8%,且与对照在0.01水平上有差异。

Abstract:The experiment in young branch-cutting of Japanese flowering quince(Chaenomeles japonica) under the environment of full light and intermittent sprinkling was carried out.The result showed that,under the scientific management,it was feasible for Japanese flowering quince seedling-raising through the half-ligneous and current-growth shoot-cutting with one leaf under the environment of full light and intermittent sprinkling.It was helpful for the rooting of the cuttings with one leaf.The rootlets generated mainly from the calli and the rooting rate of the cuttings was 77.8 % by soaping them into the solution of ABT1 with the concentration of 400 mg/L for 10 minutes.
