张掖市甘州区制种玉米亲本的田间抗病性鉴定

摘    要:对张掖市甘州区120份制种玉米亲本的抗病性进行鉴定,结果表明:对玉米黑粉病表现感病的亲本有‘隆玉5号’♀、‘HF-0518’、‘纬玉5号’♂、‘ZT701’♂4个亲本,其发病率均在20%以上,占参试材料的3.3%,其余116个自交系均为抗病或高抗材料;参试玉米亲本对丝黑穗均表现抗病,但抗病程度有差异,如‘DN20’♂、‘纬玉5号’♂和‘ZT903’♂等7个亲本发病率在12%~18%之间,其余材料均表现高抗;有12个材料对玉米锈病表现感病或高感,其余108个自交系均为抗病亲本,占参试亲本的90.0%;在120个亲本中,感染黑粉病和丝黑穗病,发病率在10%以上,同时又感染玉米锈病的亲本共有5个,仅占亲本的4.2%,其余占95.8%的亲本均表现出很好的抗病性.

Abstract:The disease resistance against corn major diseases was identified at field in Ganzhou of Zhangye. The results showed that 4 in 120 parents, Longyu 5♀, HF-0518, Weiyu 5♂, ZT701♂, whose incidence was more than 20 %, were susceptive to corn smut, which accounted for 3.3 %.113 in 120 parents were high resistance to corn head smut, but 7 parents were susceptive as DN 20♂, Weiyu 5♂, ZT903♂ etc., the incidence ranged from 12 % to 18 %.12 in 120 parents were susceptive or high susceptive to corn rust,but other parents which accounted for 90 % were resistance. 5 in 120 parents were simultaneously susceptive to corn smut,corn head smut,whose incidences were more than 10 % and corn rust, which accounted for 4.2 %.Other parents that accounted for 95.8 % showed better resistance to main diseases. Above results could help to choose corn parents which fitted to plant in Ganzhou.Furthermore, the results also provided the bases to elect parents in breeding for corn disease resistance.
