| 摘 要： | 本文通过城市环境功能区划理论与方法的论述,根据干旱区绿洲城市的环境特点,提出其环境功能区划的原则及其划分方法。在分析乌鲁木齐市环境特点及其环境污染问题的基础上,结合本市的实际现状和未来发展,提出了环境功能区划分方案和环境建设的若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | According to theory and method of city environmental function division, this paper set forth the principals and ways of environmental function division of oasis city in arid land according to its environmental characteristics. On the basis of analyzing the environmental features and environmental pollution problems of Urumqi , as well as combining with its current situation and future development, the plans of environmental function division and some countermeasures were put forward lastly. |
