有机磁化复合肥中氮的溶出特性研究

摘    要: 有机磁化复合肥是利用城市生活垃圾和粉煤灰,根据土壤养分特性及植物营养规律,配以所需的无机营养肥料,经工艺生产及磁化处理而成。笔者研究了柠檬酸用量、温度、振荡时间、静置时间对有机磁化复合肥中氮溶出特性的影响。结果表明:有机磁化复合肥显酸性;柠檬酸引起的溶液pH值变化对氮的溶出影响不大;氮的溶出主要受温度和静置时间的影响,随温度和静置时间的增加而增加,氮的溶出具有缓释性;柠檬酸和振荡对氮的溶出组分中的铵态氮有较大的影响,说明有机磁化复合肥具有一定速效性。

Abstract:The organic magnetized compound fertilizer is produced using the urban life rubbish and coal ash according to the characteristics of soil nutrient and plant nutrition, and mixed with inorganic nutrients which are necessary for plant growth. The dissolution characteristic of Nitrogen in the organic magnetized compound fertilizer under different citric acid capacity, temperature, vibration, and placement time is studied in this paper. The results show that the organic magnetized compound fertilizer is acid, and the pH value of solution aroused by citric acid has very small influence on the dissolution of Nitrogen. Mainly influences are from temperature and placement time. The capacity of Nitrogen dissolution rises with the increase of the temperature and the placement time. The dissolution of Nitrogen displays the characteristic of slow release. The citric acid and the treatment of vibration have big influence on ammonium Nitrogen in the dissolved composition,that shows the characteristic of rapid nutrition for the organic magnetized compound fertilizer.
