１９８６～１９９３年研究蒜薹产贮配套技术,在太原地区秋播覆盖栽培获得优质蒜薹,打破了以往山西临汾以北不产蒜薹的界限。采收时在田间进行挑选加工,解决了异地调运、产贮脱节的若干难题。小装量、低ＣＯ２和活动硅窗贮藏,适合地产蒜薹的生理特点,保鲜效果良好。

Studies on A Complete Set Technology for the Production and Storage of Garlic Bolt

Studies on forming a complete set technology for the production and storage of garlic bolt were conducted during 1986～1993. Sowing garlic in Taiyuan region was succeded. It ended the history that garlic bolt can not be produced in the districts north from Linfen. Selection and pre-process in the field while harvesting solved many problems of allocation and transportion from different production areas to storage-houses."Small amount of foiler and low CO2" and flexible silica rubber window techhonlogy were suited to the physiological characteristics of local garlic bolt and showed a fine storage effect of garlic bolt.
