小麦─偃麦草─簇毛麦─黑麦四属杂种研究初报

摘    要:继首次获得小麦─偃麦草─簇毛麦三属杂种后,又进行了小簇麦/小偃麦//小黑麦异源多倍体间杂交,首次获得了小麦─堰麦草─簇毛麦─黑麦四属杂种。杂种F1形态兼有四属亲本类型的特征,为中间型,生活力旺盛,株穗数、株高、穗长、主穗小穗数的平均值均高于亲本的平均值,显示出较强的杂种优势。根据F1植株颜色、芒形、颖形、颖肩、颖嘴及颖脊刚毛、茎基鞘毛、颈毛的有无等主要性状与亲本比较分析,确证我们用三种异源双二倍体或部分双二倍体之间杂交,已获得了真正的四届杂种。杂种F1能少量结实。

Preliminary Study on Tetrageneric Hybrids of Triticum─Agropyron─Haynaldia─Secale
Abstract:Tetrageneric hybrids were obtained firstly by crossing among Haynatriticum,Agrotriticum and Triticle. Plants of hybrid F1's were morphologically intermediate among the parents and were vigorious in main characters. We have confirmed that they are hybrid plants according to some features of characters.These hybrids were partially fertile.
